CREATING CLASSIC AUSTRALIAN WINES

Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2021

A pale and bright straw-yellow colour. Nose lifts with lemon meringue pie aromatics. Palate is textured and layered, lemon curd, sweet spices and baked shortbread all mingle across the tongue. There’s a sense of oak being involved but it is a light spice rather than a distinct character. Acidity remains perfectly balanced from start to the very long finish. A serious example of what sauvignon can be.
