Lavender scents over blackcurrant juice with a big whiff of ‘Aussie bush’ character. Smells fantastic. Sits high and fresh in the palate, almost squeaky in texture with puckering tannins trimming the firm cassis-like fruit profile. There’s more of the herbal stuff to taste, but seamless in the mix. An elegant wine.
