After more than 4 years on lees, expect a quality sparkling exploring some of chardonnay’s hidden depths. Layers of flavour and texture here, quince, zesty lemon, grapefruit, apple, almond and a citrus pithy and peel intensity. Boasts roundness and weight, with bright acidity and verve right through to the finish. Another impressive release.”
