“Creamy pale straw with a silver shine and an immediately pleasant nose of Jasmine, lemon blossom, Frangipani, lime, pineapple gums, hints of lychee, galangal, pea shoots, cream cheese and a gentle nuttiness.
In the mouth it’s beautifully balanced between sweet and juicy, with a bouncy stonefruit acidity that freshens and sings. Sweet natural flavours of juicy white peach, crisp apricot, lime curd, thyme, almond and pea shoots drive the palate with a harmony to it. The midpalate lasts a while and shows subtle minerality and perfumed citrus, eventually giving way to a tail that swells with vanilla and toasted cereal notes.”
