Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

This is from the Crayeres Vineyard at Wrattonbully but it’s not the Crayeres Vineyard Reserve, just to be clear. It sees 35% new French oak. It includes 5% cabernet franc.

These wines are class acts. Pure cabernet cassis with a clip of smoky oak, beautiful mouthfeel, svelte ribs of tannin, some character, and lots of length. Bankable quality. Suited fundamentally for the cellar.
