“Pale colour. Attractive waxy, nectarine, tonic water aromas with butterscotch notes. Developed creamy textured wine with nectarine, lemon curd, marzipan, toasty flavours, fine lacy textures, integrated fresh acidity and gentle effervescence. A lovely aged sparkling wine at the peak of its development although should hold for a while. From the 1996-planted Bizot Vineyard, Piccadilly Valley (550m). Drink now – 2024”
