Terre à Terre Blanc 2015
Bright, light yellow colour, with a very attractive creamy, cashew-nutty, floral, spicy bouquet with a trace of honey. In the mouth, it’s soft and seamless, beautifully balanced and discreet, with a touch of sweetness which enhances the texture and richness. Satisfying length. A very attractive, unassuming dry white. Sauvignon blanc is the grape but it is not obviously varietal. It’s about more than simple varietal fruit. A really lovely drink.
