Daosa Blanc de Blancs 2012

Burgundy chardonnay clones 76 and 95 from the Bizot Vineyard at 500m in the Piccadilly Valley planted ’95-’96. This is a very attractive blanc de blancs, immaculately made by the traditional method from high quality clones, tiraged for 5 years on lees. It’s fresh, long and the 6g/l dosage was right on the bull’s eye.
