Great to see this exciting region in SA’s southeast revealing a white side as well as its game-changing reds. This is delicious, showing more interest than many others because its winemaking has focused on creating texture and body underneath the tropicals and grapefruits, defining a genuine modern Australian sauvignon style. The matrix of flavour feel and finish is a real treat. Excellent.
