Terre à Terre Rouge 2015
Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon (36%), Cabernet Franc (20%). An unusual blend in the world of wine, but it works.
Rich, almost to liquorice, slight grassy and spicy perfume, black and red fruits, with a lick of cedar oak. Medium bodied, grainy tannin and a little alcohol warmth, but good flavour and spicy blue fruited juiciness, which has plenty of appeal. Slightly clunky, but its overall charm wins me over.
