The Nov/Dec issue of Gourmet Traveller WINE contains an extensive Champagne and sparkling tasting, featuring our 2009 Blanc de Blancs receiving 90 points and four stars. This places it comfortably in the top 10 Australian sparklings tasted for this article – a very pleasing result for a first release!

nicely balances finesse with hints of grilled cashew complexity. Hooke approved, “A lightly toasted bouquet with nougat, lemon and a slightly balsamic note. A touch of barrel-fermented complexity. A clean, dry, low-liqueur style with freshness and very lively follow-through.”
