A rich and complex wine with generous flavour allied with refinement, multi-layered and creamy textured with a pleasingly dry finish. Dosage of 8 grams/litre is discreet to taste. High-quality bubbles with real character. (83% of 2021 vintage base, plus 2020 & 2019 reserves. 15 months on lees. 60% chardonnay, 39% pinot noir) ”
