CREATING CLASSIC AUSTRALIAN WINES

Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Author: WineReviewer.com.au

There is a reason why this wine is consistently amongst, if not the best Sauvignon Blanc in Australia, its consistency is metronomic and its impact and enjoyment unsurpassed for the aromatic white variety.

The 2023 release seems a little richer and varietal than previous years with more openness of passionfruit and boysenberry fruit on the nose; the palate that unfurls layer after layer of interest with fruit generous but wonderfully held by tantalisingly pure acidity. There is a gently creamy texture that meets savoury influence on the mid palate. The finish has such great texture with time on lees giving weight and depth to pristine fruit. A revelation.
