Ripe sauvignon blanc, aged in oak, with a smidgen of residual sugar.
Plenty of aromatics leads to a palate riddled with tropical fruit flavour. It’s textural, almost glycerol, with passionfruit and peach (almost into two-fruits territory) flavours washing through the palate. The sweetness isn’t unwelcome; the flavour is delicious.
