Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2024

The thing about this wine is that everything is so even and all just so. There’s plenty of flavour which is gooseberry, kiwi fruit, and pink grapefruit, a slight herbal character, and some biscuit spice. The texture is gently chalky and the acidity is bright but settled, which gives it a bit of zing, and the finish is long with a fresh pineapple juiciness. Excellent.
