“A lovely salmon pink in colour and there’s a fabulously persistent mousse and bead upon pouring. Complex aromas of baked apple, brioche, strawberry, dried flowers and nuts. Quite powerful, mouth-filling and layered on the palate. There’s a drive of red fruits along with citrus and green apple. The finish is long and dry and there’s a lovely fleshy creaminess to it.“
