Striving for a fuller sav blanc, Lucy Croser and husband Xavier Bizot had this Wrattonbully wine spend some time in French oak to avoid too much emphasis on passionfruit and grapefruit aromas. The result is an uncommonly fine sav – and there are only 700 dozen available.
