Wrattonbully Sauvignon Blanc from a proven performer.
It’s such a dry, serious style. If you cracked a joke in its direction it would scowl at you. It has good fruit though, all gooseberry and fragrant herbs, and good texture with it. This is one of those young, drink-now wines that actually needs/benefits from being decanted, and may even cellar pretty well too. I’d even go so far as to say that it has presence.
