“Light to medium red/purple colour. There are strong Campari elements in the bouquet, which point to a lot of whole-bunches in the ferment. Root vegetable and stalky nuances galore. It’s light-bodied, lean and has light, emery-like tannins and modest persistence. The tannins are a little bitter on the finish and aftertaste, so serve it with protein-rich, but lighter foods.”
