“Light straw colour with a reserved bouquet that suggests meringue/macaron, iced pastries and crème patissière, with a whiff of honey. Intense and refined on the palate, with focused concentration of citrus, lemon meringue pie, pastry, small white flowers and discreet toastiness, the flavour long and linear, with seamless line and balance. Oak is subtle and beautifully harmonised. Very fine sparkling wine. (42 months on lees. All fermentation and malolactic in barrel)”
