“Both fermented and aged in oak. There’s a softness to the mouthfeel but there’s also plenty of drive and cut. This certainly covers the bases. Candied citrus, grapefruit pulp, green pineapple and herb notes team to delicious, not to mention sophisticated, effect here. The length of the finish is excellent too. Fantastic wine. ”
