“Pale colour. Intense grapefruit, lemon curd aromas with herb garden/ verbena notes. Supple and expressive wine with grapefruit, lemon curd, roasted almond flavours, fine loose knit chalky textures, lovely mid-palate richness and fresh long crisp acidity. A very sophisticated wine with beautiful fruit complexity, volume and zest. This exceptional wine was vinified and matured in eight seasoned 600L French Demi Muids. After eight months aging on yeast lees, the wine was racked and cold settled. Drink now – 2028 but best early. 12.8% alc”
