A three-way cuvee of 50% Pinot Meunier, 46% Pinot Noir, and 4% Chardonnay sourced from several vineyards in the Adelaide Hills’ Piccadilly Valley, all above 500m. Crafted in the traditional method, spending 31 months on lees in the bottle from November 2023 till disgorgement in June 2026. Pale pink in the glass with faint blueish copper tinges. Lifted aromatics, high toned ripe flavours of wild strawberry with a tonic like Aperol spritz suggestion, almost orange fleshy, bursting with spicy, tangelo-like acidity. An invigorating, sizzling aperitif.
